Ok I know fallout 4 is a good game and since I finished NV and fallout 3 recently I was thinking of getting it but then I realized its almost 5 years old so idk if I should still get it or wait for fallout 5 and I'm a child and I only have a limited budget so I really cant just buy fallout 4 then buy fallout 5 since my parents dont pay me allowance since there pandemic etc. The color code used is a decimal representation of RGBA Hex code (Red, Green, Blue, Alpha in Hexadecimal).
